The Rocky Resort Motor Inn is a family operated business.

Don and Julie owned and operated a plumbing business in Terang Victoria for 22 years before making a career change into the hospitality industry. They managed holliday units in Warnambool Victoria for 18 months before moving to Geelong to manage a very busy 36 unit motel for 12 months. After that they decided to move to Queensland and manage the Great Eastern Motor Inn at Gympie. They then decided to purchase the Rocky Resort Motor Inn with their son Ben and his partner Janelle.

Ben is a plumber by trade and an earth moving operator. He is also the current Australian F500 speedway champion.

Janelle has spent the past 4 years at university in Ballarat Vitoria study bo be a secondary maths and p.e teacher.
